Up to 158 Norbert Dentressangle (ND) employees could be made redundant following the firm's decision to close its Coventry warehouse by September.
The French-owned company has entered a consultation with 158 staff at its warehouse on the Middlemarch business park.
The haulage depot delivers parts to the automotive sector, and work will be relocated to Northampton and Rowley Regis in the West Midlands.
An ND spokesman says there is potential for some redeployment, but the decision for closure was made to streamline operations.
At the moment, there is no breakdown on how many of the affected staff are drivers.
