DHL Supply Chain has shut its Landor Street, Birmingham site, resulting in 59 staff being made redundant and the remaining 50 redeployed across the business.
The depot closure on 26 June followed a 90-day consultation with 109 DHL employees and their union representatives.
A company spokesman says: "Of these employees, 59 have accepted redundancy terms and all other employees have either relocated to other sites to continue their existing work or have accepted alternative positions through redeployment within DHL."
The Landor Street operation served automotive firms including BMW and Ford. The announcement follows the loss of 150 DHL jobs in Daventry, Northamptonshire in March.
DHL has offered thanks to the Landor Street team for "ongoing dedication during this difficult time".
