Fortec Pallet Distribution Network member Jensa (Distribution) has entered administration.
Paul Clark and Jason Godefroy of corporate restructuring and insolvency specialist MCR were appointed joint administrators on Monday 6 July.
An MCR spokeswoman tells Roadtransport.com: "All staff were made redundant
on our appointment and Jensa (Distribution) is not continuing to trade."
The Bedford, Milton Keynes-based firm, established in 1975, is now answering its telephones as JDL.
Companies House records show that a JDL Logistics was incorporated on 25 June 2009 registered to a Bedford address. The new firm lists a Lesley O'Neill as the company director. Lesley O'Neill is also listed as a director of Jensa (Distribution).
Roadtransport.com is currently waiting to hear back from JDL.
