Renault Trucks has invested a total of £9m on its new headquarters in Dunstable, together with a new dealership in Nuneaton.
The HQ includes a three-bay workshop and three training classrooms that are equipped with the latest IT technology. There are currently 70 apprentices training at the site.
The Nuneaton dealership in Coventry, which covers 2.5 acres, received a £4m investment. Contained on the site is a fully equipped four-bay workshop, complete with full inspection pits, a comprehensive parts store and a state-of-the-art steam-cleaning facility.
It offers a full range of repair and maintenance services, as well as annual vehicle test preparation facilities. The site is also a licensed tacograph centre, and can provide services for all makes of CV, trailer and ancillary equipment.
