DHL Exel Supply Chain has made 150 staff redundant, after Tesco decided to move some of its logistics operations in-house; DHL's Fastway site at Daventry, Northants, will close at the end of the month.

A sniffer dog called Lola has helped find six illegal immigrants in a truck loaded with bicycle helmets.
