Glass's Guide CV guru George Alexander is warning that with the current 'damaging' levels of discounting from the truck manufacturer, the cost of new trucks could soon drop below used prices.

Despite the many woes of the steel industry, there's still some innovation going on: Corus contractor TDG is introducing new steel-carrying trailers from Lawrence David, designed to be able to take a greater variety of return loads.

Peugeot's dinky Bipper van will soon be available in a '2-Tronic' automatic version, ideal for urban deliveries.
