Classic French Fire Engines from Clutchslip--Biglorryblog has the pictures

Thanks to 'Clutchslip' I can bring you these splendid photos of two (still-operational) Gallic fire appliances that can be found at the Croix-en-Ternois racinbg circuit in Northern France.

The top one appears to have a Berliet badge on the front suggesting it's one of famous marque which eventually was consumed by Renault, while the second is a Unic which was also absorbed into the Iveco organisation. Which only goes to show that despite the action of the 'majors', some minnows still survive in some forgotten corner of a foreign field. How's that for mixed metaphors?
