The Mansfield-based limo hire company, which provides stylish transportation for parties and proms, approached LED Trucklights to enhance its 28ft, bright pink Hummer limo by etching the entire outline of the vehicle with pink LED lighting. LED Trucklights has previously worked within the transport and logistics industry, providing high-visibility lighting solutions for trucks and trailers to enhance road safety and brand awareness. However the entertainment and party industry is now showing a keen interest and LED Trucklights is exploring further market sectors...
The lights come as ropelights in lengths of up to 100 meters, with around 72 LEDs per meter. Exterior square lights come with custom tracking for secure fitment and there's also a round ropelight version for interior use. They have low current usage and they are designed to last for 100,000 hours, equivalent to around 15-years of usage. What's more you can get them in a wide range of colours, including amber, blue, green, pink or white---and can be used to compliment individual liveries giving enhanced brand awareness.
Joint director of A Purrfect Stretch, Jackie Fairbrother, tells BLB: “We're delighted with the lights and the overall effect of the limo is just what we envisaged. We've received lots of positive comments from our customers, they really like the star quality the lights have added.” And joint director of LED Trucklights, Andrew Triolo says: “It’s been great to get involved in such a different field.
