Peter Lynch has e-mailed me this picture and to say: "I've been reading Biglorryblog recently and pleased to see such interest in our Aussie vehicles. I talk to Richard [The Brochure King] Stanier regularly and he said you were always on the lookout for interesting looking photos. Here's one that might baffle even the Australian fellows even though it is an Australian truck.If that doesn't confuse them I have an few NZ Atkinson ones that certainly will!"
Thanks Peter..and to BLB's untutored eye it looks like a strange cross between an ACCO with an F86 grille! OK anroak army the gauntlet has been thrown down..if it's an 'odd' Inter...what's so odd about it?

It does look like an ACCO with an F86 grille, but it is in fact a South African ACCO (and I only know that because I emailed Peter to ask him!) Great stuff!
