You can 'Rely on Ramage'---especially now they've got three new auto XF105s says Biglorryblog!

With the delivery of three 410hp Daf XF105 Super Space cab tractors, North Eastern hauliers Ramage Transport has made its first move to automatics. Robin Ramage, who runs the 80-vehicle Newcastle firm, tells Biglorryblog that speccing AS-tronic autos is intended to make the drivers' job easier and increase safety too. “We also wanted to provide our drivers with a premium vehicle, which will help us to recruit and retain high calibre drivers as well as presenting a good image to our customers,” he says. “The Daf XF105 certainly meets both requirements. It’s a superb looking truck and one that offers a very high level of driver comfort.”

And who would argue with that statement? What with a smart silver livery, twin air horns, roof-mounted ‘skylights’, and a full width sun visor, the XFs certainly look striking. They also sport Alcoa wheels and the company’s slogan ‘Rely on Ramage’ emblazoned across the front of the roof!
