Going green at the CV Show - more electrickery

The overwhelming impression at this show is that there are electric vehicles everywhere. Whatever you think of their true environmental credentials (all that electricity has to come from somewhere) they have certainly convinced the large companies which are queueing up to have at least a few electric vans or trucks on their fleets. UPS is a case in point, with this Modec:

And then there's this thing (we're not quite sure what it is):

...and this mighty beast (yes, it really is electric), the Faraday II, built by Smith Electric Vehicles for the US market:

At a rather more manageable scale, there's the Nice (No Internal Combustion Engine - nice!) van:

i saw a load of these today on the back of a load (!) of low-loaders. I think they were Tesco bound...

i don't know... how can you beat the price of those goss cars? i can buy one right now if it was available. lots of space, and the size is what i'm used to. goss132 or nothing for me, thanks.
