Pie fever - it's catching!

It's nice to see that one of our favourite petrolhead websites, Hemmings Auto Blogs, is as keen on pies as we are: in one of his recent entries, our friend Daniel Strohl promises "a pie to whoever can figure out what this [disco van] started life as". Better still, the same blog entry features a DAF car too!

Another recent Hemmings entry you have to check out is this one on "the 1930s trailer boom" - that means caravans to you and me, including this splendid Curtiss Aerocar.

Dan:

Glad you saw that. Don't know where the pie metaphor came from (perhaps Weebl and Bob? http://www.weebls-stuff.com/wab/), but it works for us. Much tastier than Marvel Comics' no-prizes.
