Bell ends its journey in Bristol

This giant bell is on its way from Loughborough to Bristol University, according to the brief caption on the back of this 1920s picture.

Presumably this is the bell that currently sits 215 feet in the air, at the top of the Wills Memorial Tower in Queens Road (which was apparently opened in 1925 and is considered to be the last great gothic building constructed in England). If it is the same bell, then it weighs 9 tonnes - meaning the Bee Transport's lorry must have been groaning under the weight.

Does anybody have any idea what the truck is?
