Cramped sleepers are all the rage in Eastern Europe

Eastern Europeans have a thing for sleeper pods - and everything from vans upwards seem to have them bolted on the roof.

Check out this Polish registered Renault Maxity 3.5-tonner I saw last week in Slovakia - with Lamar sleeper cab. Can you think of anything worse than having to spend nights away in this thing? Having said that, the Daf 45 and MAN L2000 7.5-tonners don't look too inviting either.
