The old 'Krafty Kiwi' Rod Simmonds has sent me this picture of the rather smart new Hino 450 for Mainfreight OD in typical New Zealand waggon-and drag configuration. Nice back-end too showing what I presume in the Mainfreight mob.

It's either a deliberate attempt to get a nice blurred image...err...or it's a blurred image. Either way Rod asks me can you guess what they were/are?

Rod complains about other people's photos and he can't even hold a camera still! I suppose we'll have to be charitable and say it might be a deliberate attempt at an "arty" shot.
My guess is for the first photo - a TD Haulage chipliner, so a Kenworth K104.
And for the second one - a McCarthy's logger, maybe an ERF.
And probably I'm completely wrong!

The first one I think is a FREIGHTLINER ARGOSY I think the spelling might be wrong there.Second one ERF EC14 or a Kenworth.

T.D. Haulage T800 Kenworth & Mike Lambert Western Star 7584S...
I would suggest a "faster shutter pie" for Mr. Simmonds...

Yes Mr Dick but you have local knowledge.
My 6 year old took them at 7am, he liked them anyway.
