Andrew Cooper has e-mailed me this picture and says: "Hi Brian, I wondered if you'd like these images for the blog. E235 VEP is pictured here outside my parent's bodyshop during 1988,when the Mercedes 1635 was then regarded as some machine.I was 23 at the time and loved that truck. This 'iron lung' SK Powerliner(and many others that Joint Motorways ran) gave sterling service."

To which BLB replies: Andrew...do you mind sending me the FH16 picture again so I can do a 'then and now' I've obviously placed it somewhere safe...and now can't find it!

Joint Motorways, theres a name from the past...Many of you may not know Andrew has been in remission from the "J" word, following years of coaching from the Steelboys, however sadly looks like we have had an isolated breakout in South Wales, lets hope a good dose of FH16 will sort it out !

V8 OR V10?
