The world's tallest man drives a fire engine

GiantManinCar.jpg

How stupid would fireman Harry K Rogers have felt driving this around the Windy City?

According to the caption on the back of this 1926 photograph, "this fire engine runs about the streets of Chicago, attracting the attention of children". Once he has their attention, he "gives the children a lecture on the grave danger of playing with matches".

Presumably he doesn't also lecture them on the dangers of smoking......it stunts your growth......honest!
