Also the trailer is the same one we've used for the Porthcawl Carnival four years running---amazing when you think that Owens have over 600 trailers,freaky! An unfortunate reflection of the times we now live in is the fact that Owens Road Services is one of the only hauliers willing to supply vehicles for carnivals, as most companies are afraid of the potential personal injuries claims and insurance related issues.aswell as the fuel cost."
