Biglorryblog's man 'Man North 'o' the Border' has tipped me off to a proper treat. He tells me: "After some delays in the printing process, the above book has now been published. I've sent you off a review copy by post today. Please feel free to mention it in any one of your fine magazines! Frank Richardson has done a wonderful job in documenting Pollock's early years and this work captures the era perfectly. I hope you enjoy reading it. Cheers for now, John...."

So has that whetted your appetite? if so click through here to find out how to get your hands on your own copy!

Peter Lynch:

They say, you cant judge a book by its cover but Frank has certainly got that right.

andrew cooper:

pollock have to be my favourite liviried uk fleet.one of a diminishing number of hauliers who still have not given in to that "vinyl dogs breakfast" more commonly known as cab wrap.
