Saudi Tor 2.jpg

Bill Taylor has sent me this picture of a toppled crane and says: "Brian, found the attached which have appeared on two or three aviation forums. The aircraft is a Tornado F3 which seems to have been prepared for display at the entrance to an air base in an Arabian country. I wonder if they allowed for the weight of the mounting plates attached to the belly of the aircraft! Regards Bill. And acknowledgements to whoever to the picture.

What Biglorryblog likes about the picture is the guy in the foreground pointing a finger at...who knows...? The driver? The crane operator? Let's face it they could still be stuck in the cab....And can anyone identify the make of crane (for a pie). Now click through for one more...(that's picture not pie).

I guess it just wasn't their day...
