Be afraid, be very afraid....I was going to put this picture up sooner (i.e. in time for Halloween) but you know how it is...I got sidetracked by Pete and Vic's adventures in Oz and on that subject I'll post some stuff up soon. Anyroadup, this rather splendid collection of pumpkins is in recognition of the fact that Spalding-based operator Freshlinc sent out more than 40 truckloads of the little blighters to satisfy Halloween demand---and to cope with the seasonal spike it supplemented its mainly Scania fleet with an extra 20 trucks and trailers hired in....

I must say I've not 'taken' to exporting US holidays over to the UK...one wonders whether we'll have Thanksgiving next? What do Biglorryblog readers think of scary masked oiks knocking on the door at night demanding confectionary with menaces...and those are just the parents. Harrrummphhh!!!!
