AtkiPete has sent me some pictures that will be sure to please Vic and all Inter fans! "

"G'day Brian," he says, "It's been a busy weekend here here as my mate Bruce finally got his Inter  back from the spray painters and held a BBQ to welcome it home."

Pete continues: "Bruce doesnt take life too seriously and had the Inter done in the livery of NFI Transport, which looks like a real threat to the Drongo Bros fleet from Queensland. What does NFI stand for, ?

Well now you know! Pete adds: "It could well sum up one particular operator I worked for. NFI Transport doesnt have uniforms or the all important mission statement ( he is working on it) but there was a rather special port produced to celebrate the big day." Click through here for news of that port and a rather neat way to store your spanners...meanwhile gasp at the luxurious Inter interior..(seats optional)

By God   those Aussies have money to burn--it will go to a driver's head mark my words...

How about a bottle of 'Red terror' Port? It's great for cleaning old bearings!
Spanner table.jpg
"And what about that method of keeping all your spanners together?" says Pete. "Much better that one of those silly shadow boards where you know where they are meant to be..The morning after dawned rather abruptly ( must have been the snags) but we took the Inter and one of its younger brothers out for some photos.  Cheers Pete" Great stuff AP only isn't that table a bit unwieldy when you want to undo a wheelnut?

Pete, that looks like Andrew`s (producer of the calenders) Inter beside NFI.

Peter Lynch

That is Andy Mac's little Inter, a D1310 or thereabouts, poking its head in. As Inters dont break down ( much) Bruce is confident those spanners wont be needed.
