Amongst the new bits there's a clever 'Maut Calculator' to help hauliers calculate the financial benefits they can realise on the German Autobahn by operating a Daf that complies to Euro 5 or even EEV emission standards. Following feedback from drivers there's also an extensive collection of Daf branded goodies while the 'Dealer Locator' function has also been improved too. Last but not least, by the end of March, a new 'Used Truck Locator' will be introduced showing used trucks available throughout the entirel Daf organisation. Nice....reminds me of the time when Commercial Motor used to produce (and could afford as they are pretty expensive!) cutaway drawings for our Motor Show issues. Happy days.....
