The DAF CF85 has transported the team to various locations and as as Honda's official (and the UK's number one) motorcycle display team, the Bolddog Lings team have, flipped, twisted, grabbed and whipped their way across Europe since setting the standard 12 years ago---and they continue to push the boundaries of FMX and lead the way for all motorcycle display teams. I'm told that the team base their show around the world's largest and most sophisticated mobile landing system, and features the UK's top ranked freestyle motocross riders including the UK's number one four stroke FMX rider, 25 year old Dan Whitby from Harleston, Norfolk alongside his 19 year old and highly acclaimed compatriot Samson Eaton also from Harleston, Norfolk. The Show incorporates the latest heart stopping tricks as usually only seen on TV including the exclusive motorcycle backflip.
The Bolddog Lings Team are supported by DAF dealer Chassis Cab who have provided the team with their tricked out CF85. David Scarff from Chassis-Cab tells BLB: "It was a great opportunity for us, we were excited by the amount of exposure then team gain on a weekly basis. The team had interesting requirements with the truck needing to be good and reliable on the road but capable off road on sometimes wet and boggy showgrounds."
Yes that's all very well...but when do they jump the CF85 over the bikes? That's what I'd like to know...
