Gawd Bless Richard Stanier AKA 'The Brochure King' Ask him a question and surely the answer will be forthjcoming! And so it's proved once again regaing Jerry Burley's mystery African Isuzu truck. "Hi Brian," says Rich, "Jerry's Isuzu is a TWD25, and here's the brochure to confirm! The engine is a 6BD1 of 5.78 litres that develops 150 bhp and that unusual front axle affords a 39 degree wheelcut apparently. Cheers, Rich." Sorted JB?!

Rich (and BLB)
Thanks for such a quick response. I need to ask the obvious question now, notwithstanding your equally obvious nickname - do you actually hold thousands of paper brochures or does this type of thing come electronically off the net? If paper, where on earth do you find all this stuff that normally ends up in the bin ten minutes after its swiped off the showroom display stand, let alone 30 years later?

Hi Jerry - it's all paper!
I have collected truck literature since I was old enough to write to manufacturers and request it, and it has always appealed to me so much that I have built it up into an archive.
These days I buy, beg and trade stuff too, for those obscure items and there are some folks around who have collections that really put mine to shame (i.e Niels J!)
