So is this the Kenworth (or the Peterbilt) of tomorrow? Biglorryblog has Jeff Parietti at Kenworth to thank for this artist's futuristic design which appeared in the background of the recent Fortune Magazine Video on Kenworth Aerodynamics/Fuel Economy (and which I blogged recently but if you missed it click on this link http://money.cnn.com/video/ then search for 'Not your father's big rig' from the archive list of video clips).

The 3-minute video on Kenworth Aerodynamics and Fuel Economy on CNNMoney.com (a service of Fortune includes interviews with Kenworth General Manager Bill Kozek and Chief Engineer Preston Feight with footage from the Kenworth R&D Center. Fortune Magazine also plans to feature Kenworth Aerodynamics/Fuel Economy in an upcoming print issue.

Meanwhile, if you're a budding automotive designer you might be interested in the future truck design competition Biglorryblog has been running by clicking through here for more details...

On this page you'll find all about the compeition and the links to the entry form etc...
