Ahhh... Easter Sunday. And what better way to spend a lazy morning that to kick back, listening to a new Neil Young compilation CD (twofer deal at HMV so I got The Specials too). Anyroadup Two Stroke has come back to Biglorryblog to say: "Lego in the early 90s were looking for that more unusual truck to gather attention for their exhibition trailer. So Volvo built an NL12 with US styling and a sleeper pod - that if you look closely is a full F series Globetrotter cab - giving the vehicle instant US appeal but the ability to be used and supported by the Volvo network in Europe, with European type approved components and parts. This truck is now owned and operated by Ebbe K Jensen - according to their website - they have some excellent shots in their blue livery in the NL12 gallery."

It is ironic that BLB celebrates the Easter story with a Swedish Lego story. For to celebrate the Easter resurrection a Church to the west of Stockholm also unveiled its new statue of Jesus on Sunday - This statue is completely constructed from Lego bricks

Another interesting use for Lego is bible stories visit the excellent http://www.thebricktestament.com/
A very apt use for a product invented by the Christiansen family.
