And in the unlikely event that you don't know what Biglorryblog is talking about, VTN is the club for Volvo operators, drivers and enthusiasts created by the Swedish truck maker in response to requests from all those out there who were not only passionate about the marque but also wanted an organisation that caters for the professional trucker.

All VTN members enjoy a wide range of benefits with a personalised membership card that offers access to discounts on official Volvo merchandise, a generous reduction on Truckfest tickets, an ever-changing selection of special offers and competitions and a free subscription to 'Inside Lane', Volvo's unique magazine for truck operators, drivers and Volvo Truck Nation members. They can also access the Volvo Truck Nation website's 'members-only' areas, where they can find the latest news from Volvo, an online catalogue of official merchandise from exclusive Volvo branded clothing to FH16 pedal trucks and digital access to back issues of 'Inside Lane'.
A new feature called 'Driver's Seat' is also being developed on the website where drivers will be able to check out stories from fellow professionals and Volvo's own experts on topics such as health on the road. 'Amazingly', Volvo Truck Nation annual membership starts at £9.99 - still the same price it was back in 1999 - although there is now a two-year package offering the second year half price for a total of £14.99.
