The cab looks like an R-model Mack, but the bonnet isn't, so it's a bit strange. I would almost guarantee it started off as a Mack (or a Brockway).
The truck is a Mack,I think they were callrd Metro liners here and where the last of the R models to run out the cabs available beside the CH.
