Wuh? Tying down a dump truck on a flatbed trailer with just one ratchet strap! You cannot be serious....I'm delighted to feature this fropm Gil Wortsmann who hasn't been on Biglorryblog for a while. Gil says: " Brian, from one of my "good buddies" (B.Jack Hyde) in England. It reminds me of the time in the army when I had to secure a 5 gallon (jerry can) can of gasoline  on to a flatbed trailer. In addition, I had to put warning flags on the end of the trailer. And that was to move the can from the motor pool to a vehicle about 30 yards (meters) away. Why a trailer?  No provision for tying it down on a JEEP!" Meanwhile, Gil's mate Jack says (with tongue firnmly in cheek): "I see American truckers are still irresponsible when it comes to 'tying down'". Nice picture guys.
