"Good morning Sire! " Now THAT's the kind of greeting Biglorryblog should get, warm, welcoming with just the slightest touch of forelock-tugging servility! (yeh dream on mate!). Anyway 'The Keeper of the Flame' Martin Phippard has kindly e-mailed me to say: "And welcome to the world of semi-retirement (well very nearly!). And because it's the start of a new era I thought I would try to come up with something a little special for BLB devotees."

Martin continues: "Most of us would normally associate the Sunshine State of Florida with 'vacations on the beach' but I am pleased to report that it sees its fair share of heavy hauling too. And Beyel Bros. certainly uses some interesting traction as evidenced by the pic of the Canadian-built Pacific at the front end of one lumpy load and the even more obscure Cline on another. And for those whose crank is always turned by the sight of a bonneted Peterbilt, there's a couple of those too. " And click through here to see them!

"Have a nice day," concludes MP "and don't be a stranger! Well no stranger than you generally are anyway...Martin" Hmmm I THINK I know what he means!

An nice shots Martin....which has started me thinking about posting up more Clines et al.
