Imported S'liner ute.JPG

Fancy a pick-me-up? It's from Gary 'This Hat' Richards down-under (the 'this' hat being Mack today) " Hi Brian...ah...my heart has slowed enough to peck a few words to add to Andrew's collection of great Macks belonging to Peter Champion.!!!"And, of course, I would have to add to this feature by providing more Champion Macks. The Champion brothers collectively would have, arguably, the best and most diverse collection of Macks in Oz - some local made and some imported but a great collection of real bulldogs!! The attached vehicles, bar one, belong to Peter. The imported Superliner ute - is a recent import by Peter C. He's very keen on his Macks." Now click through here for ore...

AC - 1of 1st Macks in Aus David Daws.JPG

Gary adds: "AC - 1 of 1st Macks in Aus. David Daws. The featured immaculate Champion AC is a recent import - one of 3 in the country. The AC is a legend here as it is what started Mack in Oz in 1919. One of these first units has been restored by David - a 10 year marathon effort !! "

PC's S'liner 2.JPG

"PC's S'liner 2 - another immaculate Peter C Mack and PC's S'liner LT - the youngest Champion Mack This Hat Richards."

There is a big event for Mack fans, the first Australian Mack Muster at Colac next Easter, see http://www.mackmuster.com.au/
Atkipete will be there (carefully disguised as a Mack Fan) to check out these Queensland upstarts.
