Mike Meyer in the States has kindly sent this shot of an immaculate Peterbilt cabover four-axle artic getting down to work to me and says. "600 Cat hauling Trane chiller across West Virgina. USA." he says. Which is fine...the truck bit I get, only what's a 'Trane chiller'? And don't say 'something for chilling your trane..OK? Either way apparently it's the largest made.'  I thin I'll ask Mike what it's all about.

Brian,

It looks like a Trane is a company making various chillers. www.trane.com

Best wishes,
Roy

Like Roy said, it's not a chiller for a Trane, it's a chiller made by Trane. I'm sure that clears it right up, eh?

Aside from that, I've got nothing. They make residential heat pumps and air conditioners and such, too.

Mike Myers

Mike has kindly come back to say: "Trane is the manufacturer and chiller is a large unit used to cool office buildings....."air conditioner".

a trane chiller is a machine that cools water that is then pumped through pipping in a building to cool the building down.
