Behold! The Reed Boardall Group formation dance team going through its paces in peparation for the new series of 'Britain's got artics!' on Channel 5....or not. Actually this shot must have taken a hell of a lot of organising! Obviously the snapper's on the bridge---but getting the right number of trucks a) on the slip road b) the main carriageway AND c) on the bridge in the background must have taken some doing. Fair play to whoever it was and a good shot too Meanwhile, to find out what it's really all about click through here....

Word reaches Biglorryblog that the UK's leading frozen food storage and distribution business, is taking delivery of 56 new tractor units including the latest
Euro 4 MAN TGX XXL models as well as the Scania 480 Topline and 420 Highlines. It's part of a continuous programme to keep the 150 vehicle fleet no more than three years old and the latest additions are already hard at work helping Reed
Boardall transport around 10,000 pallets of frozen food each day.
"While we have to give any investment careful consideration given the economic climate, we at Reed Boardall are all committed to a long term future and that means maintaining unrivalled performance levels," Reed Boardall Transport's managing director Tom Cassells tells BLB.
"In addition to new tractor units and trailers, we address our efficiency levels through our bespoke monitoring system.  Giving us real time information, this system is probably one of the most sophisticated of its kind as far as UK transport operators are concerned."
Environmental issues are equally important to Reed Boardall. This was testified earlier this year when the company was awarded ASDA's 'Environmental Haulier of the Year'.  Green measures throughout the business  - which include the massive 112,000-pallet space cold storage site at Boroughbridge, as well as the 24/7 transport operation, - save around 1,000 tonnes of CO2 each year. Pretty impressive stuff I'd say....

I'll be the first to cry photoshop - has anyone ever seen a motorway bridge without any supports with vegetation growing around the base? Nice idea though.

Or...they just took 8 pictures from a tripod and stitched them together in Photoshop.
