"Well it runs from St Louis, down to Missouri, Oklahoma City looks oh so pretty you'll see Amarillo, Gallup New Mexico...and all by looking at the Renault Magnum/Road 66 website by clicking on http://www.magnum-route66.renault-trucks.fr/  which has a complete photographic record of the trip across the great Continent made by two Maggies....

Regular BLB readers may well recall me covering the departure of the smart pair for a road trip across the USA following the classic Route 66 (or the bits that are still left)...and here are a few pictures from it to whet you appetite...(and especially for 'The Boss') Now click through here for more...

I wonder what the Yankee truckers made of the Magnum?

Magnum663.JPG

They probably wondered why it didn't have an 18-speed Fuller in it....

Family values all it needs is a Mack...

Magnum661.JPG

Rain's just as wet in America as it is in France it seems...

Mag667.JPG

And to finish here's a quick Saturday night pie quiz....the Magnum is seen here stopped off in one of the famous places mentioned in the classic song 'Get your kicks on Route 66' but what stopover is it?

Interesting to note the French Number plates were changed for U.S. ones. I also counted three Magnums, Brian, so you slipped up there!
Nonetheless, nice work if you can get it!
Wasn't Bob Tuck available?

They look gigantic compared to the US trucks... would never have though that...
