Cam has sent me this shot from the recent do at the opening of the new Transport museum and Cultural center at gatton where there was this Bicentennial Mack as well as the handy sign that has the names of all of them on it. Now click through here....

Well, I've seen various lists of names which have had slight differences, but that is obviously the definitive answer, so thanks for the photo, Cam.
