"ACCO A is the only one with rectangular headlights.."

Albion_truck[1].JPG

"An ancient Albion, not a clue about the model."

AEC_and_Austin_trucks[1].jpg

"Warren Harris took me for a drive in his mighty AEC and explained he was looking to downsize....."

Honda_truck[1].jpg

"..but is this little Honda taking things too far!"

Honda_engine[1].JPG

" I could not even find the engine but Warren showed it to me, a twin cylinder 360cc job tucked away under the tray."

Honda_transaxle[1].JPG

"It is air cooled and the cooling air is drawn through the chassis rails ( dont laugh) to avoid picking up dust."

The white is a UD from Japan and the bonneted a Studebaker from USA.

Brooks Moses

The lorry in the bottom picture is a late-1940s Studebaker. I'm not sure of the exact year or model, though.

Riyadh Ali

the first one looks a bit like a 60's-70's hino...no clue on the second one.

Mike Houghton

Just a guess, but the artic looks like an early Fuso with a cab bit added on and the other looks like a Studebaker.
Mike

The mystery white truck is a FUSO of some description. Which particular model, I can't tell you.

Cam McFadyen

The white truck is known as a Mitsubishi here,It would be the FV seies I think.Mitsubishi changed thier name back to Fuso when Daimler Chrysler took them over.Thet where origonally called Fuso`s here, but they had a bad reputation,so when they released new models they changed it Mitsubishi. There was reputed to be a U.F.O club here, unsatisfied Fuso Owners club in the early 70`s.

Peter Lynch

Studebaker is correct but not 100% certain about the Japanese unit. I was thinking Isuzu ( Bedford) but maybe it is a Fuso. No experience of the heavier Fusos but I owned an FK105 ( 5 tonner) for a couple of years and had a great run from it.
