Biglorryblog's loveable old-curmudgeon ' The Boss' is back again. "Blog Meister, I see your opinion of the Iveco Stralis has been questioned in Commercial Motor. Dare I say by a lowly fellow scribe who has questioned your conclusions. Was your opinion influenced by lashings of free spaghetti and the finest Italian vino collapso? Since a 'third' opinion is obviously required tell Iveco I'm willing to undertake a road test on my usual weekly 2000 mile route, preferably in the dark." And The Boss offers his usual 'modest' terms and conditions. "Price...for the blog..a roadtest on the Fiat Ferrari California, come on BM your integrity is at stake, fix it like Jimmy Saville." Well I'll see what I can do...naturally if I mention your name  it's bound to open a few doors! Meanwhile the old boy says: "Since the blog seems to love T cabs at the mo,here's one from last night----a German one, ugly bloody thing pulling a boat." However,it seems there was another bonneted beauty which you can read all about by clicking through here...

The Boss continues: "...and of course a Kenny which was actually hanging and had an air leak. The driver, a rather large elderly gentleman, said he much preferred the T cab Scania, having owned one or had driven 5, which is not surprising as he seemed to find great difficulty climbing into the small cabbed Kenny. But he did admit to liking the larger sleeping pod on the Kenny.Come on,even Martin must see the incredible beauty in the Yank tank compared to the Scania,Andrew Peterbilt and I can. The Boss."

The W900L definitely has more 'presence' than the T-Line in my opinion and without doubt a larger bunk area. But I would imagine the Scania is more comfortable to drive. And the older you get the more important that becomes.
