I recently took my girlfriend for a romantic weekend break in Prague. You know the kind of thing I’m talking about – sightseeing, museums, cathedrals, candlelit meals and photographing weird looking vehicles from the communist era!

Which brings me neatly onto the question – does anyone have a clue as to what this is?

But in Tijuana, Mexico, it’s not only your windscreen that gets washed while you’re on stop. As ten lanes of traffic slowly move towards the American border so teams of money-hungry hopefuls wash entire vehicles in the hope of receiving a bit of loose change.

But I bet the owner of this unusual "zonkey" wouldn’t be too happy if someone tried to wash it. I have a feeling that it wouldn’t be such a hit with the tourists after a good bath.

He lent me a bike, put me in touch with fellow Manheim stalwart Dave Anthony, and sent constantly reminders of 'how is training going?' or 'do you like the bike?' and 'should I send the lads round to help with motivation?'
