I have to spend my first night in this Iveco Stralis tonight and because I have to stay in laybys when empty I was in serious need of entertainment.

Not that sort, I hasten to add!!!

I bought a portable DVD player that operates on 12 volt from ebay about 6 months ago and have never had the need to use it.

I had a 24 v truck last time and it didnt work well with Inverters, It had a really noisey fan and spoiled the film.

I took it out this afternoon and looked at what films I had to enjoy.

One was an empty case ! and the other was diehard 4.0, I was about to twiddle the radio again when I saw this small box that fitted on the side of the dvd and it had an arial on it.

I plugged it in and messed about with the menu's for a few minutes and - No Way!! Only a TV and a dvd!!!

I was in a really good mood and started exploring my new home for the night , I found another control pad that operates all the windows, lights, radio, cd and an alarm clock all from the bunk.

I took loads of pictures of the run down but they have to stay on the Camera until I get home so Ill write up a post up later.
