Tired Bedfords in Cyprus - Will's Roadtransport Revival

Check out this pair of sorry-looking Bedford TJs, which were photographed by a friend on holiday in Cyprus.
He tells me that despite not having any lights, the blue one is still in regular use, and was actually photographed making a drop to his hotel. Knowing how little money he spends on hotel rooms, this is actually quite believable.
However I think it’s safe to say that the bus isn’t going anywhere in a hurry.
So would these have been British-built Bedfords?
