Mad Money: Navistar Keeps on Truckin' - Mad Cap Recap - CNBC.com

This story really manages to piss one off.

Have a look. Navistar has "a new diesel engine that's incredibly efficient". If it is to the Maxxforce engine that our attention is being directed, then my eye and Betty Martin it has. The MaxxForce engine comes from MAN, and its efficiency is in some doubt because MAN hasn't started to sell the things yet. MAN has a Euro V-compliant show exhibit rather than a Euro V compliant EGR engine. As such, Navistar has - by extension - an incredibly efficient show exhibit. Not an incredibly efficient engine. There is a difference.

Is this an example guilty of the promulgation - incredibly efficiently - of ocean-going bollocks concerning a subject worthy of at least some research?
