Texelis, Renault and ArvinMeritor?

The news that Renault is to get rid of its Short Series production unit into a new operation called Texelis captures the eye.

Renault wants to find a buyer, and wasn't ArvinMeritor all over the off-highway biz at this year's Mid America Show?
