GM - Navistar: No Sale

GM is expected to announce later today that it will not be selling its Medium Duty (Topkick, Kodiak et al) business to Navistar.
This is a bit of a strategic blow for Navistar, and we assume that GM could have done with the money too. There's a report here that alludes to jobs being saved in Flint, Michigan, but one has to ask as to just how long this situation will last. It seems that the fingers of the UAW are all over this.
