Russia: A Warning (Part Two)

We've already questioned just how good the prospects are for the Russian economy - and, by extension, for truck sales therein - in previous posts.
This article from the Moscow Times suggests that we may have been rather prescient. But, nobody likes a smartarse, so, once again, we'll just suggest that Russia needs watching.
