Fiat Does the Deal with Zastava - but What of China?

Fiat has finally inked a deal with Serbian OEM Zastava according to this release, and we assume that Iveco will join in the fun at some point in the not too distant.

But what are we to make of this comment from SAIC? It may be an unfortunate choice of words, but Iveco does seem to be rather the junior partner. Not something you'd want to be in China.
