Your mocking Cramer does not change the fact that he came from having to sleep in his car when he was young because he had no money to pay rent to now having megabucks.
Likewise, you mock Navistar's attack on the EPA but that does not change the fact that Navistar is making a good point: The EPA is not allowed by the law to change its own regulations without using the methods the law says the EPA has to follow to change them.

Nor your mocking Navistar change the fact that it may haveca valid point when it claims that the EPA violated the law when it changed its regulations to make it easier for SCR OEMS to become 2010 complliant.
