The link as posted - which provides access to "Navistar's Reply in Support of its Motion to Strike EPA's Certified Amended Index to Administrative Record" does offer the reader 63 pages of, as you describe it, gobbledygook. I know - I've read it, and its only redeeming feature is that it isn't 64 pages. It is an act of desperation perpetuated by a company that is no longer in control of its own destiny.
I'm delighted to post a link to Jim Cramer's verbiage. If JC's approval of your investment makes you feel better - then who am I to question that.
