Mitsubishi-Fuso Opens Middle East Parts Distribution Centre

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus has opened a new Parts Distribution Center in Dubai.

The new facility will help support MFTBC's growing Middle East and Africa business, in which it has achieved significant sales increases of late. In 2006, its Middle East wholesale numbers (including Turkey) grew 29 per cent to 30,226 units, whereas its African sales grew 68 per cent to 12,393 units over the same period.

"In order to continue to grow in all aspects, we want to offer not only high quality commercial vehicles but also comprehensive services, said Bert van Dijk, MFTBC Board Member responsible for international sales & service. "Following the opening of a Middle East Service Office in Dubai in 2005, the new Mitsubishi Fuso Dubai Parts Distribution Center will further enhance our ability to serve our customers with efficient and prompt parts support. Overall, excellent after sales support will be the backbone of our business success."
