*You MUST have automotive parts experience within a large branch
*You MUST be used to managing large staff (this role is excess of 15 staff)
*Used to dealing with large budgets
*Experience of being solely responsible for the day to day running of the store.
*In addition candidates with extensive experience with the drive to succeed in a fast paced branch should apply
*Automotive experience required.
*Excellent people skills and telephone manner

The other areas of work involve ensuring sales targets are reached and profits increased, receiving incoming sales calls, customer service issues such as dealing with individual queries and complaints, and staff management including interviewing and recruiting, supervising departmental managers and organising training.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
